Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact where possible.

Please Note:

Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following plants from our collection: Apple, Apricot, Arugula, Aspabroc, and Basil. These delicate varieties are best enjoyed fresh from our greenhouse to your home.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Garden Care Team

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the items you wish to return/exchange
  • A brief explanation of why you’re returning

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 2 business days, our team will email you with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • A prepaid return label (for eligible returns)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and attach the provided return label. Drop off at your nearest shipping carrier location.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement items within 1-2 business days using your preferred shipping method.

Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to our error: Free return shipping
  • Other returns: Customer pays return shipping
  • Exchanges: Free shipping for the replacement items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your plants arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the items and packaging. We’ll arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Gardener’s Tip:

For the best results with your new plants, we recommend unpacking them immediately upon arrival and following our planting guides available on our website. Many plants just need a little time and proper care to adjust to their new environment.
