Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) using the following methods:

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: $12.95 USD
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Cost: Free for orders over $50 USD
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Gardener’s Tip: For best results with your new plants, unpack them immediately upon arrival and follow our planting guides available on our website. Many plants just need a little time and proper care to adjust to their new environment.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact where possible.

Important Note: Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following plants: Apple, Apricot, Arugula, Aspabroc, and Basil. These delicate varieties are best enjoyed fresh from our greenhouse to your home.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 2 business days, our team will email you with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • A prepaid return label (for eligible returns)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and attach the provided return label. Drop off at your nearest shipping carrier location.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
